Inaugurating an international agreement of the "Students Exchange Program" and "Faculty Exchange Program" with the two countries on higher education at the Caribbean Embassy in Delhi with Mr. Peter Peter David, Foreign Minister of the Caribbean country Grenada, Chancellor of the Venkateswara University, Dr. Sudhir Giri , Vice-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi, Venkateswara Open University Arunachal Pradesh Director Planning and Vice Chairman Dr. Veena Singh, VC P. K. Bharti and the Embassy of the Caribbean.
